Pastoral Covenant Groups
A Pastoral Covenant Group (PCG) is a group of eight to twelve pastors who covenant together to take a pastoral development journey initially of a year to eighteen months. The process begins with a covenant-making retreat of two to three days in length where the pastors set the agenda for their journey together. In subsequent monthly meetings, the PCG works to support one another, resource one another, and hold one another accountable in their journey toward excellence.
